Role Summary:
- Development and management of business content aligned with the Foundation's 2030 Strategy and tailored to the needs of the Network, especially business partners.
- Line management of the Content Team members.
- Fostering strong pedagogical, entrepreneurial, and strategic skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Efficient management of a team and budgetary responsibilities.
Role Requirements:
- Degree in business, economics, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years' experience in creating professional learning offerings and international business partnerships at a senior level.
- Proven experience in managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to act as an external representative for the Foundation.
- Capability to handle pressure and high volumes of work, especially during key project phases.

As a Business Content and Learning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of business content offerings that orient around the Foundation’s 2030 Strategy, whilst being closely tailored to the needs of our Network, particularly our business partners. You will also have responsibility for line management of relevant team members within the Content Team. You should evidence strong skills in pedagogy, entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to manage a team and a budget.
Job requirements include degree level qualifications in business, economics, science, engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Circa 10 years’ relevant professional experience in creating professional learning offerings with evidence of partnering internationally with businesses at a senior level. Experience of managing a diverse team is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the Foundation externally, including excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with high work volumes typical in the build-up to milestone moments.

The job is UK based with regular attendance at our office in Cowes, Isle of Wight (subject to individual circumstances). Some international travel may be required.
