Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, ideally in tech startups or scale-ups.
- Expertise as a Talent Acquisition Generalist.
- Ability to understand job requirements and build candidate funnels.
- Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting, especially on LinkedIn Recruiter.

The role of the (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner involves providing an excellent experience throughout the hiring process, partnering with Hiring Managers to find the best candidates for open roles, and using various channels to create talent pools for future hiring needs. You will be working closely with the wider People Team on initiatives such as Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion and succession planning. You will also be collaborating with colleagues on Talent projects such as Employer Branding, hiring efficiency, and Hiring Manager training.
We are looking for someone who has worked in-house as a recruiter in a fast-growing company, preferably a tech startup or scale up. You should be a true Talent Acquisition Generalist and be able to quickly understand core requirements and use this to build out the top of the candidate funnel. You should also be comfortable sourcing and headhunting, mainly on LinkedIn Recruiter.
