Role Summary

  • Manage the orders of specialized organic stores and various sales channels.
  • Perform telesales in collaboration with field sales representatives.
  • Address customer complaints and assist in product referencing.
  • Update customer files and commercial conditions.
  • Distribute rates to prospects and annual rates to all customers.
  • Coordinate the sending of product samples.
  • Provide support to the Accounting Service when needed.
  • Handle telephone switchboard operations and visitor reception.

Role Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with an organized and rigorous work ethic.
  • BAC+2 degree in Commerce or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel and Word.

The role involves managing the portfolio of orders for specialized organic stores and our other circuits (intra-group orders, internet, Out of Home Catering and potentially replacement on Export customers), ensuring telesales for specialized organic stores in tandem with the field sales representative, handling complaints, assisting in the referencing of products for the brands of the specialized organic network, updating the customer file and commercial conditions, sending rates to prospects & annual rates to all customers, ensuring the sending of samples, assisting if necessary the Accounting Service, ensuring the telephone switchboard and reception of visitors.

Job requirements: You have a very good interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your telephone skills and your customer orientation. Organized and rigorous, you know how to be reactive. Graduated from a BAC+2 type BTS/IUT with a specialization in Commerce, you have a minimum of 2 years experience (including alternation) in a similar position in Sales Administration (ADV). Comfortable with computer tools, Excel and Word in particular, on basic functions. Finally, a lover of nature, you identify with our company values CARE (Cooperation, Agility, Responsibility & Entrepreneurship)
