- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Operations roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

- 3-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, with a focus on technology roles.
- Expertise in recruitment best practices, DE&I, and direct sourcing.

To support this growth we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Talent Partner to join our amazing Talent team, helping us continue to attract and hire the best and brightest whilst ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
You will play a pivotal role that actively contributes to the growth of the business by taking ownership of the end-to-end talent process, recruiting exceptional candidates for both Technology and Operations roles, and helping to develop and streamline processes that promote best practice.
As a Talent Partner specialising in Technology roles, you will leverage your deep understanding of the tech industry to attract and engage highly skilled candidates. You'll have a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and technologies, enabling you to source candidates who possess the right blend of technical expertise for our teams, e.g. Mobile technologies (iOS & Android) .NET tech stack and the Azure platform.
The role will focus on managing the recruitment life cycle across a range of roles within the Moneybox team. In addition to the focus on Technology, you will also have the opportunity to recruit for various Operational roles across the team such as Data Insights, Compliance, and Marketing, adapting your sourcing strategies and interview techniques to effectively assess candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
What You’ll Do
Partner with team leads and take ownership of the end-to-end talent life cycle of their roles from initial job brief through to onboarding within agreed time to hire targets. Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract high calibre talent across a range of functions for roles in both Technology and Operation, building networks for current and future vacancies. Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, proactively managing their expectations, providing advice and guidance to ensure an excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Support and lead on a range of talent acquisition projects that help to improve our hiring activities and promote best practice. Actively explore new DE&I initiatives that promote and advance inclusive hiring. Identify opportunities to further improve our employer brand and our reputation as an employer of choice.Experience and Skills
3-4 years recruiting within an in-house talent team environment liaising with hiring managers. Recruitment agency experience may also be considered. Solid experience of recruiting for technology roles, ideally mobile (iOS, Android & .NET). Advanced level knowledge of recruitment best practices as well as approaches to diversity and inclusion. Experience of direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent. Coordination, planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Good spreadsheet and presentation skills. Able to work proactively and autonomously with minimal supervision.
