- Manage and oversee Insurance & reinsurance contracts.
- Collaborate with the VP of Insurance & Partnerships, area owners, and Team Leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with reinsurers and brokers.
- Design reinsurance programs in line with company policy.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Execute and manage reinsurance contracts effectively.
- Minimum 5 years in reinsurance, insurance brokerage, underwriting, or risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of reinsurance markets, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and program design.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle complex transactions and maintain key industry relationships.

As a Motor Reinsurance Manager, you will be working with the VP of Insurance & Partnerships, area owners and Team Leads to manage and oversee the Insurance & reinsurance contracts and work closely with the appointed Reinsurance Brokers. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with reinsurers and reinsurance brokers, designing reinsurance programs that align with our reinsurance policy, negotiating contract terms, conditions, and pricing with reinsurers, and managing the execution of reinsurance contracts.
We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in reinsurance, insurance brokerage, underwriting, or risk management, a strong understanding of reinsurance markets, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements, and experience in client relationship management and Reinsurance program design. You should also have excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, and be able to manage complex reinsurance transactions and maintain crucial relationships with insurers, reinsurers and brokers.
