Arts Council England is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Music Hubs team, a programme that supports the delivery of high-quality music education to children and young people across the country.
The role This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the Music Hub programme, offering administrative support that keeps everything running efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. Additionally, your role will involve gathering and organising data, preparing briefings, and supporting the team’s day-to-day administrative processes. You will also assist the Senior Management team by managing schedules and travel plans.
Job requirements The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with the flexibility to handle multiple priorities at once.
