  • Role Summary:

    • Must be a qualified accountant (CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ACA) or have equivalent experience.

    • Must maintain a strategic outlook while being attentive to details.

As a Reporting & Management Accountant, you will provide strategic analysis to support and challenge our stakeholders in making the right decisions for our growing organisation. We are a critical friend to the organisation, ensuring that we are maximising the impact of our income and expenditure for our social mission.

The role entails budgeting, forecasting and management reporting as well as representing our team in organisation-wide projects and driving consistent improvement in processes to add value to Teach First. You will understand and support the programmes we work with, adding value to decisions.

Job requirements include being a qualified accountant (CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA or ACA), or qualified by experience. You should be able to convey complex issues with clarity, brevity and confidence, plan and prioritise your workload to ensure that deadlines are achieved, and maintain a broad and strategic perspective and an awareness of detail.
