We're looking for an individual who is passionate about entrepreneurship and working with people, to join our Sourcing & Selection team and to help us find and select the next generation of founders.

Role Summary:

• Conduct research to identify promising consumer startups and founders
• Work with partners in the ecosystem (other accelerators, VC funds) to identify suitable founders for the programme
• Execute on our social media strategy to attract high quality applications to the programme
• Speak with founders who are interested in the programme, to learn more about what support they require and explain Unrest to them
• Work with the team in reviewing applications and conducting due diligence on applicants
• Opportunity to attend investor events to scout promising startups
