- Manage Build-to-Rent client relationships and oversee the entire rental offer process.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure compliance with company standards.

Account Executive | Home Made

About the Role:
As a Account Executive at Home Made, you’ll play a vital role in our B2B sales funnel, specialising in rental offers within our Build-to-Rent accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include offer qualification, negotiation, and seamless progression to our tenancy operations team. You’ll contribute directly to creating a better renting experience for all stakeholders.
Key Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am–6 pm or 10 am–7 pm), plus a fortnightly Saturday (with a day in lieu).
Location: Southwark office-basedrole, transitioning to one day a week WFH after probation.
Salary: £25K base salary +commission (OTE £40K)
Start Date: Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-endrental offer process for Build-to-Rent clients.
- Accurately input andmanage offer details in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with businessstandards.
- Qualify and prepareoffers that meet defined rules and compliance criteria.
- Lead negotiationswith renters, securing rental agreements while keeping all partiesinformed.
- Collaborate with teamsacross the business to fulfil our mission of transforming the rentalmarket.
