Role Summary:
- Efficiently allocate stock to stores to enhance sales and meet specific requirements.
- Support Merchandising team with intake management across all sales channels.
- Update stock targets and monitor sales and inventory levels for optimization.
- Generate regular product reports for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels.
- Manage stock allocations for retail and Market Place channels in collaboration with respective leads.
- Utilize data and analytics to support the Merchandising team.
- Contribute to various merchandising projects and tasks as required.
Role Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Retail Allocator to join our team. Reporting to the Merchandiser, the Allocator will play a crucial role in product distribution across various channels throughout the business whilst supporting the team with admin duties and stock management for our footwear product line across the DTC & B2B channels. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do.....
- Allocate stock efficiently to maximise store sales and requirements
- Assist the Merchandising team with the management of intake across all channels
- Updating stock targets for individual stores and locations.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide regular product reporting for the DTC & B2B channels.
- Manage the stock allocations for both the retail and Market Place channel, collaborating with the Retail and Market Place leads.
- Support the Merchandising team in leveraging data and analytics.
- Assist in other merchandising-related tasks and projects as needed.
The experience you need.....
- Previous experience in a similar role in retail, within the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
