- Role Summary:
- Create seasonal directions for footwear collections that embody colour and graphic storytelling.
- Design distinct graphic solutions for capsule collections, inspired by nature and textures.
- Establish timeless colour identities for our franchises that resonate with our brand.
- Generate seasonal injection packs to refresh our offerings across different categories.
- Contribute to collaboration capsules, ensuring they're distinctive yet align with Vivo's brand identity.
- Present graphic ideas and details effectively in team settings.
- Maintain smooth communication between design, marketing, and development teams for product-related matters.
- Create digital concepts for accurate development and decision-making processes.
- Build cross-functional relationships within the company.
- Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and virtual design tools.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience in a design environment is preferred.
- Understanding of fashion and industrial design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of creativity with a passion for design.
- Proficiency in Macintosh design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Colour & Graphic Design Assistant to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of barefoot lifestyle and performance footwear. You will use your creativity and technical expertise to design innovative, functional, and sustainable footwear collections that align with our brand’s values and ethos.
The role of Colour & Graphic Design Assistant offers the unique opportunity to not only create unique ownable collections but also make a lasting impact on sustainability within the footwear industry.
WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
- Create and bring to life seasonal directions
for relevant footwear collections and tell stories through the lens of colour and graphics!
- Develop creative and unique graphic solutions
for capsule collections. Looking into nature and textures to elevate our products with a unique and identifiable twist across both BAU and collaborations.
- Help build colour identities within our franchises that feel ownable and timeless.
Seasonal injection packs colour/material/graphic to bring a freshness to the seasons, that can work cross category.
- Create and assist with collab capsules that stand out from mainline, taking the brand into new relevant spaces whilst feeling true to vivo.
- Verbally present graphic ideas and details with clarity in small groups and team meetings.
- Ensure an efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing and development for all issues regarding the ranges and products.
- Creating digital concept representation, for an accurate development and decision-making process.
- Build key relationships cross-functionally across: Design, PLM, Marketing & Development
ALL ABOUT YOU
- Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools are a must!
- BA or MA in Graphic Design or comparable
- Preferably a practical experience in a design environment
- Knowledge of fashion product and fashion design/industrial product or industrial design
- Good communication and presentation skills
- High level of creativity
- Passion for design
- Knowledge and use of Macintosh computer design software/systems (Photoshop, Illustrator)
