- Develop and manage a broad array of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, employment contracts, and leases.
- Implement contract management best practices, tools, and templates.
- Handle Company Secretarial duties and contribute to cross-departmental collaboration.
- Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of experience, preferably in-house or with a full-service law firm.
- Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is required.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills are essential.
We’re looking for an exceptional and innovative Commercial Counsel. You’ll have high levels of autonomy and ownership, collaborating across departments in a rapidly expanding health-tech company, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
The role entails drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including medicinal product supply agreements, employment contracts, and commercial leases. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in contract management, tools, and templates, and handling Company Secretarial duties.
Job requirements include being qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with at least 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (preferably in-house or within a full-service law firm). Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is also required. Strong skills in drafting and reviewing contractual documents and related legal knowledge are essential.
