Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in web/graphic design.
- Impressive portfolio with web and graphic design samples.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS like WordPress.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and conversion optimization is a plus.
- B2B/SaaS environment experience is a plus.

The Role At Payhawk, we are looking for a talented and motivated Web and Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design Team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand’s visual identity across both digital and print mediums while improving and designing our website pages. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling designs that align with our brand and business goals.
Job requirements 2-3 years of professional experience in web and/or graphic design (agency or in-house). A strong portfolio showcasing both web design (with a focus on UX/UI principles and responsive design) and graphic design projects (e.g., marketing assets, print, branding). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar software. Experience working with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms. A solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly. Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus. Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus.
