- Lead the Organisational Planning team and drive corporate planning and execution.
- Develop and oversee the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework and programmatic excellence.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making, prioritisation, and tracking of performance against plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Proven experience in implementing strategies and operating plans.
- Skilled in managing budgets, headcount, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Strong background in corporate planning and aligning goals with resources, ideally with OKRs.
- Significant strategic planning experience with a successful track record in programme completion.
- Capability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

The role The Head of Organisational Planning will lead the Organisational Planning team to develop and oversee the corporate planning, Objectives & Key Results (OKR), and programmatic excellence functions. They will ensure timely decision-making, prioritisation and visibility on how the organisation plan to deliver their strategy and that they understand how they are performing against short and medium-term plans. This will be underpinned by driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Job requirements Experience of implementing strategies, programmes and operating plans. Experience of managing budgets, headcount, and leading positive, high performing teams and inclusive working cultures. Strong experience of corporate planning processes and of aligning organisational goals with resources in complex environments, ideally including OKRs. Significant experience in strategic planning, strategy or related field, with track record of successful programme completion. Experience working with senior stakeholders.
