Role Summary:

As a Regional Partnerships Manager – South West, you’ll be part of the Growth division. This division is responsible for generating income and building relationships, bringing the charity the resources and support needed to deliver our mission. We develop our brand, value propositions, customer experience, and relationship and account management processes to increase income and retain customers and partners. This includes donors, recruits, ambassadors, sector partners, corporate partners and government.
In this role, you will be accountable for developing a local impact plan to secure positive change for schools, meeting programme recruitment targets and supporting them to meet the needs of the communities they serve. We are looking for someone who can create and maintain strategic relationships, influence and negotiate at executive level. You should be a great communicator who always uses sound judgement and understands and can deliver excellent customer service, putting our stakeholders at the heart of our decision making. You should be able to build customer loyalty, retention and a strong reputation in the marketplace. Understanding the regional and national education landscape and applying this in your context to gain trust and credibility is crucial.
We offer a competitive salary package of £42,237.00 per annum, with £3000 London Weighting Allowance for employees based in London.
