As the Finance & ESG Reporting Manager, you will take the lead in generating and analysing key financial reports, including profitability, cost, and supplier data, providing senior management with the insights needed to drive business performance. You will also continually assess and optimise financial processes, identifying areas for automation and improvement, with the goal of enhancing accuracy and reducing bottlenecks in the financial workflow.

In this role, you’ll align our financial strategies with our sustainability goals, working closely with senior management to ensure that every financial decision supports our commitment to long-term, eco-conscious growth. You’ll play a key role in negotiating sustainable supplier contracts, securing cost-efficient terms while fostering lasting, positive relationships. By prioritizing eco-friendly vendors and optimizing payment terms, you'll contribute to both financial and environmental sustainability.
Additionally, you’ll oversee cashflow and profitability, ensuring that our financial health supports our sustainability agenda. With a proactive approach, you’ll monitor and address any financial challenges that may impact our sustainability efforts, ensuring we continue to grow responsibly and sustainably.

What We're Looking For:
· A strong background in finance management, with a proven ability to analyse and report on financial data, improve financial processes, and drive profitability.
· Experience with carbon accounting software, such as Greenly, Watershed, Sweep to track, analyze, and report the company’s carbon footprint and environmental impact.
· Expertise in ESG reporting ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely disclosures aligned with best practices, regulatory requirements, and certifications. This includes managing Ecovadis certification renewal and other relevant ESG accreditations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining a positive ESG rating.
· SBTi strategy experience, leading the integration of Science-Based Targets into the company’s sustainability goals, tracking progress toward emissions reductions, and ensuring alignment with global climate targets.
· A leader who embodies our Quest for Excellence, striving for continuous improvement in every aspect of your work, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
· A commitment to Sustainability, with experience integrating sustainable practices into financial decision-making, supplier negotiations, and long-term planning.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
· Proficiency in financial software (Xero, Sage, etc.), Microsoft Excel, and a general understanding of European VAT regulations.
· A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues before they arise and offer solutions that support the company’s mission and values.
