Role Summary

  • Work directly with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and partnerships team to expand existing and cultivate new corporate partnerships.
  • Provide administrative support and collaborate with internal departments to maintain the efficiency of the Partnerships team.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. We are seeking a passionate Partnerships Assistant to join our London based team.

The role Corporate Partnerships are key income streams for Movember and are an area of growth for the charity. The Partnerships Assistant will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the wider partnerships team to grow the year-round value and revenue of existing and new corporate partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to provide administrative support and work collaboratively with other internal departments, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Partnerships team.

Job requirements Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience working in a customer service environment. Highly-developed organisation skills and ability to prioritise and manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Works well under pressure and to deadlines, with the flexibility and initiative to handle last- minute issues and projects. Good team player with excellent communication skills. Attention to accuracy and detail, with strong organisational skills.
