To contribute to empowering children in countries from Afghanistan to Ukraine, we’re looking for a Revenue Assistant to join our fast-growing business.

As a Revenue Assistant you’ll join a small, high impact team of people who are passionate about harnessing the power of commerce to create positive social change.

A highly rewarding role within our finance team, you will enable us to support more vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

  • Create all client invoices, working closely with the Sales Team, and distribute to clients.
  • Provide clear management information to the Sales Team, using Xero functionality to create monthly reports that communicate actions and opportunities.
  • Track aged debt and work with Sales Team to communicate to clients as required.
  • Accurately allocate cash receipts to invoices using Xero.

Essential Skills & Qualities

  • Highly self-motivated, enjoys working independently
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Superb communication skills
  • Incredible attention to detail, in numerical and written work
  • Great team player
  • Experience in similar roles and understanding of finance operations and systems (Xero ideal) with an appetite to drive improved analysis and reporting
  •  A highly professional manner to represent From Babies with Love when liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • A positive, innovative, and solution-based attitude with the desire to experience new challenges
  • An interest in how business can be a force for good and create positive social change.

This role is well suited to someone who would like flexible work, this position can be remote, office based or a mixture, and is designed to be for a minimum of 20 hours per week up to full time (35 hours per week).

As well as the number of hours, there is flexibility in the time they are worked.
