Role Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR team at the world-renowned British Museum. Our HR Advisors play an integral role within our HR Operations team, providing a high-quality HR advisory service to managers and employees across their client group, while also supporting the development and delivery of engaging and impactful HR objectives and projects.

The Role The challenge of this role is to provide consistent, effective and well-informed advice to managers and staff in the resolution of people management issues. The opportunity is to further develop your own HR advisory and people management skills in what is a unique operating context that includes public, charitable and commercial sector exposure.

Job Requirements Key areas of responsibility include: Employee Relations, Process and procedure, People Management, Recruitment and Selection, Records and Information Management, Training and Development. We are looking for someone exceptional to join our dedicated and dynamic team. You will have experience in an HR role and be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of employment legislation. With an awareness of the importance of growing your own knowledge and skills and those of others, you will bring experience of managing or supervising others and a proven ability to plan and prioritise the work of others.
