What will you be doing?
Hold Recruitment and Onboarding meetings with Corporate Members, presenting the NiB pitch and welcome packs. Champion NiB as an industry forum and the work we do. Answer any follow-up questions from Corporate Members following the meeting (with support of Team Lead, if needed) via email. Support Corporate Members with the onboarding process, if needed, and ensure they are on the correct event invites and mailing lists etc. Corporate Member relationship management on an ad-hoc basis. Attend fortnightly team meetings, flexible to your schedule and minutes will be taken if you can’t attend.
What are we looking for?
Person specifications
An enthusiasm for NiB and the work we do! Willingness to present to Corporate Members. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible. Diary management and administrative experience. Confident and competent with IT systems, e.g. Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Bookings.
Desirable
Confident presentation skills Experience building relationships with key corporate stakeholders. Account management or sales experience. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
What difference will you make?
Upon completion of training and induction the post holder will be responsible for holding Recruitment and Onboarding meetings with prospective Corporate Members, supporting them through the onboarding process. Once onboarded, the Account Managers will be the main point of contact for a set of Corporate Members, supporting them throughout the lifetime of their membership.
