Role Summary

  • Manage daily optimisation of Paid Social activity
  • Collaborate with the design team in the creative process

Role Requirements

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and preferably TikTok Ads Manager
  • Organisation skills to multitask, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly
  • Strong analytic ability and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Creativity and a passion for developing new ad content
  • Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated, initiative broaching new marketing channels and growth opportunities

Papier’s collection of stationery products, from notebooks & diaries to notecards and wedding invitations, is designed to feed curiosity and contemplation, to invite people to uncover the possibility of a blank page. The business is growing and internationalising rapidly, particularly experiencing growth in the US across both D2C and wholesale channels.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Associate to join the team and help us achieve our mission to make everyday noteworthy. Reporting into the Paid Social Manager, you will primarily support with the day-to-day optimisations of our Paid Social activity - from writing briefs, ad builds to reporting and analysis.There will also be opportunities to support with Display and scaling of brand traffic through paid channels. Requirements

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Support with the day-to-day account builds and management of our Paid social channel across multiple platforms including Meta and TikTok.
  • Support with the creative process including briefing to an in-house design team and reporting and sharing insights and learnings.
  • Support with regularly reporting on channel performance and highlighting optimisation opportunities
  • Share campaign and test analysis insights with the wider team
  • Support with running regular account health checks to maintain account efficiency
  • Contribute to regular meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, including brainstorming of new creative and optimisation ideas
  • Support with strategy and cross-functional projects such as scaling up US
  • Opportunity to learn and optimise our Display activity to drive brand visibility and traffic

Requirements

  • Work experience with exposure to Meta Ads Manager
  • Nice to have: exposure to TikTok Ads Manager
  • Are super organised, and are able to multitask, meet deadlines and pivot quickly
  • Are highly analytical and familiar with using google sheets or excel
  • Are creative and enjoy developing new ideas for ad creative
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally
  • Are motivated, like to use your initiative and interested to learn about new marketing channels and opportunities to drive business growth
