Role Summary
- Manage and process incoming bills and expenses
- Ensure timely payment of bills
- Maintain vendor records
- Manage expense reports
- Ensure compliance and communication
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience with Salesforce and Sage 200
- Part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
- Passion for climate change, sustainability, or the EV industry

The role involves managing and processing our incoming bills and expenses. You will ensure that all of the bills are paid on time, maintaining good relationships with vendors and contributing to smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include invoice processing, payment processing, maintaining vendor records, reconciling statements, managing expense reports, record keeping, ensuring compliance, and communication.
Job requirements include previous experience in a similar role, experience working with Salesforce and Sage 200, part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, etc.), and passion and knowledge about climate change, sustainability, and/or the EV industry.
