Role Summary:

  • Location: London but will involve coordination with Budapest office.
  • Work with Marshmallow Communities to help them grow through planning events and communication.
  • Manage employee engagement survey project plan.


Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a People/HR role.
  • Understanding of employee engagement factors.
  • Event organisation and project management skills.
  • Confident, organised and detail-oriented with proactive communication skills.

About Marshmallow We started Marshmallow when we found out how unfair insurance prices are for people who move to the UK. The Role This role is based in London, but you’ll work closely with teammates in the Budapest office to deliver a joined up employee experience across both locations. You’ll work closely with our MCs (Marshmallow Communities) to help them continue to grow, partnering with the MC Leads to plan communications and events throughout the year. You will also manage the project plan for our employee engagement survey, working closely with People Partners, Internal Comms and managers throughout the business.

Job Requirements You’ve worked in a People/HR role before. You understand the factors that influence employee engagement. You have experience organising events and have project management experience. You’re a confident in-person communicator, proactive, organised and have great attention to detail.

Application Details We break it up into a few stages: Initial call with someone in our Talent Team (30 mins), a written exercise, a skill-based interview where you will discuss your previous experience with our Internal Comms Lead (1 hour), a culture interview with our Chief People Officer (1 hour).
