Role Summary
- Support conservation operations by focusing on stock management, resource planning, and procurement

The Role The Conservation Operations Assistant works closely with the Conservation Operations Manager to support the day-to-day administration of operations within the Conservation department. The role will have a focus on stock management, support for resource planning and procurement, equipment maintenance scheduling, and the facilitation of inspections that ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation. The post holder will be knowledgeable about budget management support. They will oversee and organise contracts with third party service providers across the Collections Care and Access division, working in collaboration with other divisional administrators. This is a varied role which will develop alongside the Museum requirements, strategies, and priorities.
