The organisation - ISSOS We are an international summer school offering a balanced summer program of academia, fun and culture for 13–18 year olds from over 80 nationalities, at Cambridge University. We aim to provide a high quality, full boarding summer school experience and we are committed to creating a safe, fun and enriching environment.
The role - Photography Teacher As a Photography Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching your students the fundamentals of digital photography in a fun, informative and inspirational manner. You will be teaching a class of international students, 3 hours per day, 4 afternoons per week for the duration of the 3-week programme. You will also be required to create and execute interesting and engaging lesson plans, and take part in evening activities on a compulsory rota basis.
Job requirements Previous teaching experience is essential, and experience in teaching international students is preferred. You must have a vast knowledge and experience of a variety of photographic techniques and styles, and be fluent in English. You must either be a UK or a US citizen, or have the legal right to work in the UK. Please note that we cannot sponsor visas for working in the UK.
Benefits We offer a reimbursement of £2050 GBP for the session, and up to £150 reimbursed for travel to/from Cambridge. We provide accommodation in all locations for all staff, and meals are provided in the halls of residence once students arrive.

The cost of this will be covered by the company. Employment will be subject to the company receiving two references from previous employees covering your suitability for the specific position and working with those under 18 years old.
