Role Summary

The Role As a Rwanda Team Engagement intern, you will be a part of the People Team/Tubura Department and will report directly to the Culture and Engagement senior Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include organizing team engagement initiatives, planning and promoting wellness programs, and managing recognition programs.
Job Requirements We are seeking an exceptional candidate with people management experience and good communication skills. You should have at least 6+ months of experience in people management fields and be able to adapt to dynamic work needs.
