Omnea is a rapidly growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, making it easier and more efficient. We're looking for our first Customer Account Manager to join our team.
The role involves owning the relationship with our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, managing our largest and most strategic customers. You will ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea from the earliest stages & beyond, driving renewals, expansion and upsell opportunities. You'll become a trusted advisor & partner to our customers & stakeholders at all levels.
Job requirements include 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS commercial role, strong commercial intuition, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive, outcomes-focused approach. You should be ambitious, hard-working, and comfortable handling technical product demos as well as communicating to Execs about the success of a project.
