Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, providing critical visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent. We're looking for an entrepreneurial & commercial powerhouse to join us as Omnea’s first hire in the United States.

The role entails scaling an early stage business and driving our Go To Market efforts. You'll be responsible for running the engine for our US revenue growth, learning how to take a product to market and scale to $millions in ARR. You'll navigate complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses, securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals. You'll also build & manage our sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with our CEO & CCO on GTM strategy.

Job requirements include 7-12 years of experience succeeding in commercial GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies, of which several years have been as a high-performing quota carrier. You should be ambitious, competitive, and have the ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change. You should also be an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting.

Please note: you will need to spend 12 or more weeks in the first 5 months onboarding with us in London, in the United Kingdom. We will arrange accommodation during this time.

Additional details: We've not yet set up our US office, but after onboarding for a few months in London (UK), we'd expect Tue-Thu to be in-person office days in New York. We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise!
