Role Summary

  • Email and CRM specialist for EMEA eCommerce team.
  • Directly contributes to eCommerce Business and works with the Marketing Team.
  • Responsible for all email set-up, testing, and scheduling for email marketing messages.
  • Designs and builds email messages coordinating content with internal partners.
  • Owns growth strategy for email database and A/B testing strategies.
  • Collaboratively works with the Web Merchandizing and Creative teams.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience with email platforms like Listrak/Attentive and design programs like Figma/Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in German, French, or Dutch would be preferable.
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Loyalty Programs is desirable.
  • Data-driven.

The role: TOMS is looking for an Email (& CRM) Specialist to join our EMEA eCommerce team. This hands-on role will have a direct impact on TOMS' eCommerce Business, while working closely with the Marketing team. This position leads all email set-up, testing, and scheduling for weekly email marketing messages, including newsletters and email automation. The Email Specialist designs and builds email messages and coordinates content in partnership with internal teams, driving the email database growth strategy. This role owns A/B testing strategies including segmentation, subject lines, and send times. In this role, you'll thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments, as this role works daily with our Web Merchandising and Creative teams.

Job requirements: 3+ years of experience with email marketing in a professional setting (fashion/retail preferred). Proven track record of driving high-performing email and CRM strategies, optimizing engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Data driven (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BI). Experience with email platforms (Listrak / Attentive). Autonomous in executing daily assignments, while being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and display exceptional follow-through and initiative. Fluent in English - knowledge of German, French and/or Dutch a plus. Relevant Master degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience. Experience with design programs (Figma / Photoshop) & HTML is a plus. Experience with Loyalty Programs is a plus. Fluent in English and 1 other language (French, German, Dutch) is a plus.
