The Role

Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing a PMO, including overseeing project lifecycles.
- Experience managing and monitoring 5+ concurrent projects.
- Experience working with foreign organisations in Europe/US.
- PMP certification or similar qualification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana etc.
- Exposure to startup ecosystems is advantageous.

The Role The Project Management Office is a key governance and management mechanism in the delivery of our program lifecycle. The Project Management Office (PMO) exists to ensure the successful design, implementation and benefits realisation of our program and project portfolio. The PMO Lead role is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic planning, monitoring the execution and delivery of projects within Foundervine. The PMO Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, adherence to project management methodologies, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Job Requirements 5+ years of experience managing a Project Management Office (PMO), including project administration and overseeing project lifecycles. Experience in managing and monitoring over 5 projects at once. Should have directly managed a team of at least 1 person. Experience working with foreign organisations in Europe or America. Experience in training and mentoring others. PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, PMP and PRINCE2. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Gantt Project, or similar platforms. Extensive experience in project planning, design, execution, and reporting, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders. Exposure to the startup ecosystem is beneficial.
