Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • An analytical and commercial mindset with at least one year of account management experience (preferably within boutique or luxury travel).
  • Basic network of boutique or luxury hotelier and industry contacts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team, prioritising a busy workload, along with managing projects and hotelier meetings.
  • Understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for engaging with people from all walks of life.
  • Attention to detail, analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive or Microsoft Office, familiarity with Salesforce, and quick capability of adopting new databases and systems.
  • Second language proficiency (preferred but not essential), ability to work flexible hours and hold a full driving license (preferred).

The role - The role of the Hotel & Villa Partnerships Executive (HPE) is key to the next phase of Mr & Mrs Smith’s growth as we support our hotel collection in getting the most out of their membership. The HPE will be primarily concerned with the reactive management of our global tertiary accounts, tasked with managing the flow of work alongside the wider Hotel & Villa Partnerships team and ensuring we uphold our account management commitment to hoteliers. The HPE will be accountable for the product quality and driving the commercial performance of our tertiary portfolio.

Job requirements - An analytical and commercial mindset, at least one year of account management experience, preferably within boutique or luxury travel, basic network of boutique or luxury hotelier and industry contacts, ability to work in a fast-paced team, prioritising a busy workload, multiple projects, hotelier meetings and travel, understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management, love of boutique travel and a keen eye for style and design, exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to engage people from all walks of life, attention to detail and exemplary follow up, analytical, data-driven decision making, familiarity with Google Drive or Microsoft Office (spreadsheet proficiency is a must), Salesforce and quick adoption of new databases and systems, fluency in a second language to business standard (preferred but not essential), the ability to work flexible hours, hold a full driving license - preferred.
