The role of Youth Development Lead - Employability is a crucial one. You'll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with our Outreach and Marketing legends and our friendly customer service team. Your mission will be to onboard and engage our young people in our programmes safely and with style. You'll be responsible for a group of young people, offering one-on-one support and guidance, and helping to remove any barriers that stand in their way. You'll also work closely with employers, job centres, and other partners to ensure nothing stands in the way of their success.

Job requirements include keeping meticulous records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners, and ensuring every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems. You'll also be expected to lead the charge in creating an inclusive environment, implementing a local action plan that supports our big-picture Equality, Diversity and Inclusion goals.
