Role Summary
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support within our Service Desk team.
- Work from our central office in Ewell once a week.
- Participate in out of hours on-call telephone support and earn additional income.

The role: As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of our friendly Service Desk team within the IT department. Your main responsibility will be to respond to our staff and volunteers to resolve various 1st and 2nd line IT issues. This role is linked to our central office in Ewell, with the requirement to attend the office approximately 1 day a week. You will also be asked to take part in our out of hours on-call telephone support Rota and receive extra income for this.
Job requirements: We are looking for a technological whizz with experience providing high quality support for an IT Service Desk. Candidates with notice periods to leave their current employment of over 1 month will not be considered for this fixed term role.
