Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of agency experience.
  • Proficient in social media and knowledge of current brand activities.
  • Creativity, excellent organisation skills and experience in leading integrated campaigns.

We are looking for an ambitious, organised and fearlessly creative Senior Account Manager to join our passionate and collaborative team in Cardiff. We are a purpose-led company, passionate about making positive social change through inclusive communications, giving a voice to causes and communities, and connecting with audiences to ensure everyone feels represented, valued and empowered.

The role entails working with a mixture of big brands and behaviour change clients, such as Admiral, Creative Wales, MyHealthChecked, Popeyes and Welsh Government amongst many others. You’ll run effective and inclusive campaigns and programmes that make a difference.

Job requirements include 5+ years agency experience, creativity, organisation, experience of leading integrated campaigns underpinned by creative and intelligent communications, excellent background in securing top tier media coverage for your clients and spotting regular opportunities to react to what’s going on in the news. We’re also looking for someone who knows their way around social media and who is actively curious in what brands are up to.
