What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to support us in delivering two key events: our Refresher Event and an exclusive roundtable for our ambassadors. There may also be additional events in the future. Key Responsibilities:
Research and secure suitable venues Coordinate event logistics, including catering, AV, and materials Liaise with speakers, attendees, and suppliers Manage event registration and communications
What are we looking for?
Strong organisation and coordination skills – ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Attention to detail – ensures all elements of event planning are covered Effective and flexible communication skills Teamwork and collaboration – works well with diverse teams Problem-solving mindset – can adapt to challenges Time management – able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
Experience
Experience in organising events of any size (formal or informal) Familiarity with event logistics, such as venue sourcing or supplier coordination Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion considerations in event planning Experience using online tools for event management (e.g., Eventbrite, Google Sheets) Engaging with a variety of people, from attendees to guest speakers
