The Role Located in the heart of Little Venice, West London, this is one of our family of Mary's Living & Giving shops serving the diverse and vibrant community. As Store Manager, you'll deliver the shop's potential through the expert leadership of a strong diverse volunteer team, focusing on further recruitment to build a core team. You will enable the shop's continued success, building strong connections within the local community and focusing on key areas of the business.

Job Requirements You will be someone with exceptional people skills, a leader who understands the importance of community and enjoys supporting people to exercise similar passions through volunteering. You'll bring: Proven experience of leading and motivating a team, Ability to effectively manage challenges with a steady and positive approach, Experience of working in a busy customer facing environment.
