What will you be doing?

You will be the driving force behind organising and managing fun, engaging and successful events! As part of a small team, you will use your experience to collaborate building events that are unique, memorable and impactful. Together, you will share ideas, motivation and have a flair in being creative. Your talent to harness positive energy, which can even be felt through a screen (during these remote times!) will help create an incredible experience that everyone who takes part in will really enjoy. You will also be able to reflect and critique on key successes and things that perhaps did not go so well, to work towards how we can make our events even better and continuously improve.   Key Responsibilities

Looking for Sponsors Fundraising Organise remote events online, familiar with conference software (zoom, skype, teams) Planning and coordinating resources, such as venue, seating and guest list (post lockdown!) Build and adhere to an event budget (with no or limited budget)    Planning multiple events at once   Handle events from start to finish Welcoming guests, communicating with staff Project management

  You must have experience in gaining sponsorship and in structuring events

What are we looking for?

Background in Marketing and Project Management Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Solid experience reaching potential clients and sponsors Background in targeting audiences (how to reach people and where advertise our marketing campaigns) Highly organised  Great attention to detail Ability to improvise Problem solver   Experience coordinating events, remotely Committed to diversity and equality   Excellent time management  Prioritise tasks accordingly
