Role Summary
- Lead on governance matters and work directly with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Trustees.

We are The King's Trust, an organisation passionate about strong governance and making a meaningful impact. We are looking for a Governance Manager to play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently on a 12-month, Maternity cover basis. This role is open to suitable candidates who would like to work on a part-time basis over either 3 or 4 days per week, or can be full-time.
The role entails taking a lead on governance matters, working directly with ELT and Trustees, leading on the implementation and monitoring of our Environmental Management. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our organisation remains accountable and effective. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, loves problem-solving, and is confident working with senior leaders. You’ll be the go-to person for governance queries, managing committee meetings, and keeping policies up to date.
