Role Summary

The Role: We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales and performance influencer marketing. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns designed to maximize ROI, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable business growth. You will have ownership over budgets, and have ambitious revenue targets to work towards. You will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner.
Job Requirements: Exceptional understanding of sales metrics and performance marketing principles. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage influencer contracts tied to sales outcomes. People management experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter mindset with a focus on results and exceeding targets. Proven track record of managing a high-performing team or campaigns that drove significant revenue growth.
