This role is split into two distinct areas of responsibility: Transformation architect across all business management domains and Solution architect and portfolio manager for the procurement domain. You will provide strategic architectural oversight and governance across the entire application estate, including the HR, finance, facilities management, customer relationship management (CRM), product lifecycle management (PLM), and procurement domains. A deep understanding of the strategic sourcing and procurement domain, ideally in SAP MM/lcertis/SRM/Ariba/Coupa and/or S4 Spend Management combined with other cross functional domains such as ERP, CRM and PLM, with a good working knowledge of ABAP, SAP BTP and SAP Pl/PO being desirable. A broad understanding of procurement technologies and platforms and ability to embed into solutions to drive transformative results is also required.
You will need a master's degree in a relevant domain. Strong communication and presentation skills to connect with an executive audience. Excellent written communication skills, both in terms of content and presentation. Ability to work across a matrix environment with a broad range of stakeholders. Experience in sizing and solutioning large-scale procurement transformation programmes. Integration experience across ERP, PLM, CRM, HRM (SuccessFactors) and SRM platforms is highly desirable. Proven experience in implementing and championing Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with low-code o-code platforms such as Power Apps, SharePoint, ServiceNow and SAP BTP for designing custom solutions. Knowledge of additional technologies would be an asset.
