Role Summary:

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, with a knack for customer service.
  • Experience in service management tools, IT User access tools, and collaboration tools.

The Role As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be based at our Manchester office, with the flexibility of hybrid working. Your role will involve providing first-line support and technical assistance to our staff. This includes providing support via email, telephone, self-service, or face-to-face, recording, categorising and prioritising support requests, and contributing to the development of necessary procedures to support IT initiatives and service improvements.

Job Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrable experience of working in a busy IT Service Desk and be able to show service improvement initiatives for the team and customer. Excellent communication, time management, analytical and organisational skills are essential, along with a passion for customer service. Experience in service management tools, IT User access tools, and collaboration tools is also required.
