The King's Trust is an exciting organisation that is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. We are currently looking for a passionate advocate for 18–30-year-old entrepreneurs to join our dynamic team as a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise.

The role entails being the driving force behind young entrepreneurs' success stories. The Enterprise programme’s aim is to support young people interested in self-employment to explore and test their ideas, write business plans and start their own businesses or achieve alternative outcomes in education, training, volunteering or work. You'll be the guiding light for a caseload of young people, helping them successfully launch their business ideas and work towards those vital business start targets.

Job requirements include crafting robust and viable business plans, providing positive and constructive feedback, and assisting with funding applications. Attention to detail is a must, and a passion for inspiring change is highly desirable.
