Role Requirements:

  • Prior CFO experience required in a globally relevant consumer products environment, preferably from footwear or fashion.
  • Experience with managing debt and equity financing.
  • Must understand business implications of financial decisions in a dynamic environment.

The Role: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be critical to driving TOMS’ overall growth and success by overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of financial excellence. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be an integral part of the senior leadership team, which sets the tone for the rest of the organization – both in working as a team and in embodying TOMS’ core values and operating principles.

Job Requirements: Significant operational, financial planning, and Board reporting experience, including prior CFO experience with equivalent cross-functional responsibilities within a global consumer products environment (ideally from footwear and/or fashion) with a complex global supply chain and sourced manufacturing. Experience with raising and managing debt and equity financing. Must be a strategic thinker who understands the business ramifications of financial decisions in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and a deep understanding of the business implications.

Benefits: This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $375K - $420K depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance.
