Who We Are
Youth Beyond Borders (YBB) is a next-generation creative company dedicated to empowering young people from under-represented communities across the UK. With over a decade of experience, we bridge the gap between organisations and young audiences through:

YBB operates as a social enterprise, with all profits donated to our sister charity, Football Beyond Borders (FBB). Our mission is to put young people first and help our partners engage with youth authentically.
Since launching in 2022, YBB has rapidly grown, impacting a community of 1,500+ young leaders and collaborating with leading brands such as Nike, JD Sports, Netflix, Kurt Geiger, National Theatre, and Oxford University. With projected revenues exceeding £1 million this year, we are scaling rapidly and need strong leadership to support our continued growth.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of at least 2+ key accounts, coordinating timelines, resources, briefings, feedback processes and outputs across all partners and internal teams

- Maintain detailed project plans and trackers, scheduling internal check-ins and ensuring key milestones are met across content, events and community engagement
- Collaborate with the Youth Programme Manager & Partnerships Lead to integrate youth voice and participation at every stage
- Draft and manage briefing documents, status updates, and post-project wrap reports to maintain clarity and drive momentum
- Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot to keep workstreams running smoothly

- Willingness to travel to non-London based cities for shoots, client meetings, events and activations as needed
