Business Operations Manager

Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. We are revolutionizing the way businesses make purchases, making the process faster and more efficient. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process, giving employees an easy place to make requests and managing the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made. We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Operations team.

The role involves partnering with our BizOps Director Jasmin, our CFO Sabrina, our CCO Abs and our Co-Founder & CEO Ben. You will be responsible for hiring and people operations, strategic positioning projects, sales operations, and special projects with our CEO. This role will be 25% planning & 75% execution.

Job requirements include 3-5 years of work experience in high-growth tech companies or similar high-paced, ambiguous environments. You should be entrepreneurial, have a track record of exceptional performance, be an outstanding communicator, intelligent, outcomes-focused, proactive, efficient, ambitious, and a good human. We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise!
