Good Law Project is an established organisation leading in various programme management activities. This exciting role invites you to become a crucial part of our team as a Programme Officer, aligning project work with our company strategy and managing the administrative elements required to deliver on our goals.

Role Summary:

  • Align project work with GLP strategy.
  • Select, prioritise, and terminate projects.
  • Regular office attendance at our central London location (2/3 days per week).
  • Full-time permanent role with a hybrid working model.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in a multi-project environment handling multiple and often conflicting priorities.
  • Understanding different project management methodologies and tools.
  • Competence in CRM systems, budget and resource reporting and control.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hybrid or remote working environment.
  • Technical knowledge of CRM and other technology tools to support project management and reporting.

Good Law Project is looking for a Programme Officer to manage all GLP’s programme office including administrative elements required to deliver various programme management activities.

The Role: You will align project work with GLP strategy by classifying, selecting, prioritising and terminating projects. This is a full time permanent role with hybrid working. The postholder will be expected to attend our office in central London regularly – minimum of 2/3 days per week.

Job Requirements: We’re looking for someone who has experience in supporting multiple and often conflicting priorities in a multi-project environment. Understanding of a range differing project management methodologies and tools and when to implement them is crucial. Experience in utilising CRM systems, budget and resource reporting and control, working in a fast-paced environment, working remotely or in a hybrid environment, understanding the importance of deadlines and achieving targets, and high degree of technical knowledge and competence on a variety of CRM and other technology tools to support project management and reporting is required.

Benefits: The salary for this role is £37,400 with generous benefits including 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays, enhanced pension contribution, private medical health insurance, life assurance.
