- As a Senior Analytics Engineer, play a critical role by structuring, governing, and sorting data that aids in faster decision-making for the business.
- Be at the nexus of Data Engineering and Product Analytics, leading the creation of reliable, scalable models for insights and dashboards.
- Work on innovative AI-powered solutions to improve product experience and internal operations.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining clean, well-documented data models for analytics and reporting, acting as the bridge between data engineering and data consumers, ensuring data is accessible and supports business needs.
- Contribute to the learning culture by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and promoting best practices across the team.
- Required proficiency in structuring, governing, and accessibility of data, data modeling, and analytics.
- Experience in working on AI-powered tools and data engineering.
- Strong belief in collaborative learning, code reviewing, and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver insights and dashboards based on well-governed, scalable data models.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in structuring that data, ensuring it's accessible, governed, and empowers teams across the business to make better decisions faster. You’ll sit at the intersection of Data Engineering and Product Analytics, owning the transformation layer that turns raw data into trusted, scalable models for self-serve insights and operational dashboards. We’re also actively using AI tools to enhance development workflows and exploring new AI-powered solutions to improve our product experience and internal efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining clean, scalable, and well-documented data models that serve as sources of truth for analytics and reporting. You will act as the bridge between data engineering and data consumers, ensuring data is well-governed, accessible, and aligned to business needs. You will also contribute to a culture of learning—reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and helping raise the bar on best practices across the data team.
