Role Summary
- Work in conjunction with the Email Marketing and Paid Media teams, supporting daily operations and campaign success
- Create, execute, monitor, and report on newsletter campaigns
- Contribute to paid media campaigns by creating appealing ad copy and visuals, tracking campaign performance, and offering data-driven insights
Role Requirements

- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent English proficiency. Knowledge of French, German, Dutch a plus
- Based in or able to commute to Amsterdam
- Availability from September 2025
- Enrollment in a Marketing or Business related study

The role The Growth and Performance Intern will work closely with both our Email Marketing and Paid Media teams to support their daily operations and drive successful campaigns. You will assist in the creation and execution of newsletter campaigns, creating engaging content and copywriting for email marketing communications. You will also monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will help create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract and engage target audiences, and track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, offering data-driven insights for Google Ads.
Job requirements You should be willing to learn new skills and email tools, such as Google Analytics and Listrak. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. You should have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required – French, German, Dutch considered a plus. You should be based in Amsterdam or able to commute to Amsterdam 2 days a week (no relocation). Availability from September 2025 is required. For the duration of the internship, you must be enrolled in a Marketing / Business related study with an accredited college/University.
Benefits We offer a 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week) starting in September 2025. You will receive 2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours, 2 free pairs of TOMS shoes, and a hybrid working model, with 2 days at the EMEA office, after initial onboarding. An internship allowance is provided, subject to market conditions. You will work in an ambitious and international working environment at our EMEA office in Amsterdam.
