We are helping to source a role for an exciting new venture launching a revolutionary, ultra-bespoke creative education programme. This is a unique opportunity to help build something from the ground up with a clear pathway to Managing Director/ Senior Leadership position.

We build structured, long-term creative development programmes that follow families wherever they are in the world, providing consistent, high-level creative training for young people.

You'll be designing and managing individual programmes, coordinating teachers and mentors, and ensuring seamless programme delivery across time zones and locations.

In the early stages, the Founder will lead major client relationships and oversee creative direction. As we grow, you will progressively take ownership of programme delivery, mentor relationships, and elements of client interaction.

This role requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to coordinate moving parts across an international client base.

Job Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience coordinating creative programmes, arts education, or similar environments
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Confidence managing complex schedules across time zones and international locations
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and anticipate needs
  • Comfortable working discreetly with prominent families and high-net-worth clients

Particularly Valuable

  • Background in drama schools, conservatoires, or premium creative education
  • Experience with wealthy families or luxury service environments
  • Practical understanding of how creative industries work
  • International experience or comfort with global coordination
  • Experience supporting the development of young creative talent with measurable outcomes


Job Responsibilities

Design personalised creative programmes with measurable benchmarks across acting, music, voice, and dance. Build tracking systems to demonstrate real progress toward industry readiness.

Source and coordinate exceptional educators and industry mentors. Manage relationships with creative professionals while supporting students in building technical skills, confidence, and professionalism.

Handle complex international scheduling, travel coordination, and accommodation arrangements. Ensure smooth operations within budget while maintaining high service standards.

Implement bespoke feedback systems and quarterly assessment panels with industry professionals. Expand relationships with agents, cultural leaders, and industry gatekeepers.

Maintain discretion while delivering exceptional service. Manage client communication hub. Support the Founder with family consultations and global programme coordination.
