The Role: The Manager of Integrated Marketing will execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, contributing to brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention and sales growth. This role encompasses tactical implementation of brand and product marketing, event activations, wholesale marketing, and direct-to-consumer initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in integrated marketing, omnichannel execution, and project management, with a passion for purpose-driven brands and measurable business impact. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing programs that engage consumers, support retail partners, and elevate the TOMS brand experience.
Benefits: This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $105,000 – $115,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance.
